Overview

Monobot offers predefined billing packages for Voice and Chat channels in three tiers:

  • Essential
  • Advanced
  • Business

An additional customizable Enterprise package is available, tailored specifically to customer needs.

Customers can purchase Voice packages, Chat packages, or a combination of both. Packages are organization-specific, not user-specific.

Billing Rules

  • 1 Unit = 1 minute of call time.
  • Calls cannot split units (e.g., a call of 1 minute and 1 second = 2 units).
  • Billing starts after 10 seconds (calls ≤ 10 seconds cost 1 unit; calls < 10 seconds are free).

Billing Rules

  • 1 Unit = 1 message from the AI agent.
  • Welcome messages are free and do not count toward unit usage.

Balance Management

  • Each organization maintains its own balance.
  • The balance is utilized for subscription fees and overage charges.
  • Organizations can enable Auto Recharge for seamless payments.

Overage Policy

  • If prepaid units are exhausted, interactions are billed from the organization’s balance.
  • If the balance reaches $0 or below and no prepaid units remain, interactions are blocked.

Fair Use Policy

  • Organizations receive free “Fair Use” units upon creation:
    • 100 Chat units
    • 10 Voice units
  • These units are exclusively for internal use in the Admin panel.
  • “Fair Use” voice units are only valid for web calls and cannot be used for phone calls.

Discounts

  • Combo discounts may be offered occasionally.
  • Discounts are permanently retained by customers who initially purchase them.
  • Organizations may receive global discounts separately for Voice and Chat channels.
