Cal.com - Cancel booking
The Cancel Booking action allows your assistant to cancel an existing booking in the user’s connected Cal.com account. It supports standard bookings, individual recurring instances, and full recurring booking cancellations depending on the booking type and provided settings.ℹ️ Requires a connected Cal.com account via the Integrations tab.
🔎 What It Does
This action cancels an existing booking using its unique booking UID. It can optionally include a cancellation reason and can also cancel all remaining bookings in a recurring series when supported.🚀 Use this action to automate booking cancellations, schedule changes, and recurring booking cleanup flows.
⚙️ Configuration Options

Booking UID (required)
The unique identifier of the booking to cancel. -
Cancellation Reason
An optional reason for the cancellation. This can be shared as part of the cancellation flow. -
All Remaining Bookings
Cancels all remaining bookings in the recurring series instead of only the selected booking instance.
✅ Notes
- A valid Booking UID is required to cancel a booking.
- For standard bookings, only the booking UID is needed.
- For recurring bookings, you can choose whether to cancel only one instance or all remaining bookings in the series.
- The exact cancellation behavior depends on the booking type and Cal.com configuration.
